Ironway Outdoors is a land and wildlife management business that is committed to improving land and the future of wildlife. We want to improve property for landowners according to their goals and expectations.  It is our goal to achieve improvements through conservation practices.  We look at the big picture and improve not just a single game species, but we can and will work to improve ecosystems in general. As we work with landowners to meet their goals we will do so with best management practices in place.

Prices per service (mileage to sites will be assessed, $0.50 per mile for each visit) or a standard fee will be assessed based on number of visits or landowners preference

Consultation: $ 100.00 per hour Sitting down with me and going over your property and ideas to help improve your property.

  • Land Assessments: > 5 acres- $200

  • 5-10 acres $250

  • 10-15 acres $300

  • 15-20 acres $450

  • 20-30 acres $550

  • 30+ will be negotiated

Food Plots: $80 per hour (plus cost of fertilizer, lime, and seed)

Equipment Fees: 

Tractor use per hour: $100 per hour (plus cost per hour of implements used)

74'' 3 pt tiller: $40 per hour

3 pt brush hog: $35 per hour

7' back blade: $30 per hour

6' landscape rake: $30 per hour

Land Management Work: $100/hour for tree planting or creating deer bedding sites,

Management Plan: Min- $500 Varies depending on size of property and whether short or long term is desired (land assessment included)

Scouting Properties: $75 per hour (scouting deer or other game species using trail cameras, stand setups, stand prep)

Tree Work: We will give bids for tree trimming and removals for free but pricing will vary by job and location.
